Jon Olsson "21st century man"

^ and to add: I love jon, he's my favorite skier, but I don't like his apparel. and wether you think it or not, the size of the clothes DOES change the way someone looks in the air.

^First of all, I'm not sucking up to him because I can almost positively say he won't be reading this. It's my opinion, and I admire him for doing what he does. Sucking up has nothing to do wiht it. I've never met him, probably never will meet him, so why the hell would I purposely suck up to somebody? It's one thing to suck up to somebody, but something completely different to admire somebody

We dissagree on the point, i was just pointing out the words. But on the point, I think that jon is doing something different with the sport and I think it is healthy for the sport. I personally don't want one style to completely innundate the sport, which is whats been happening in the past couple years with t hall and that crew. Look at the last X games for example. I don't remember exactly, but I'm almost positive every skier on teh podium for superpipe had a fur lined hood. Thats kind of lame. Why should everybody be the same? Nobody is the same person, so why should they dress the same?

jon olsson in my opinion is the best and most stylie skier on this planet. every segment he throws together is the best segment in the film its in and makes any film better than it was before. what he is doing with j. lindeberg is proving that you dont need core sponsors to be big and that you should have individual style rather than the core stuff. i applaud jon on being so dope and i hope he helps take skiing in a whole new direction. ps...his pink suit with yellow belt was fuckin steezy!

^Yea I agree. I think what's going to be REALLY funny is when you see a bunch of kids in the park this winter wearing J. Lindenberg suits. Becasue they will only be wearing it becasue somebody cool wore it.

well, in slopestyle charles gagnier and jon were both super-tight. But to find an explaination to the one-way fashion - I think it's one simple answer: baggy clothes looks better in the air. this is not just a from-the-top-of-my-head-thought, but i've actually thought about it alot. I don't like to look at jon as much as I did before just because of the tight clother (and maybe bacause he uses the "not quite at the nose"-cricical like all the time in fakie cork 5's). His segment in not another ski movie was so better than the ones this year.

i dont kno i think that its pretty sweet..some of the clothes are pretty goofy but jon is the man so it doesnt matter i think its cool he has his own individual style

^^true it might look a little smoother in the air, but what I think would be the ultimate if somebody could look that smooth while wearing properly fitting clothes. That would be impressive.

well, then that person could allways raise the bar and wear XXL, haha... Seriously, that might take a couple of years in my world for me to like that kind of style.
