Jon Brogan? VIBES

I wish Jon the best. He is one of the most humble yet best skiers I have had the pleasure to meet. He is one of the greatest people I have shared company with, a compliment I do not share trivially.
May your injuries be minor, and your recovery quick.

hope he gets through this alright... but I have confidence that the originator of afterbang will afterbang his recovery in the style only he knows best.
 
Im happy this triple posted. Really stressed the no drunk driving. Never ends up well and in most cases very avoidable.
 
Damn, brogan is my favorite pro skier, and this year when i first heard there werent going to be any new edits from him i was bummed, but i got over it. It's his life, he'll do what he wants with it, why do something that you dont want to. get better quick and keep livin your life how you want and have fun while doing it

really unfortunate, hopefully he'll come out of this OK. its pretty shocking how many people drunk drive, seems like the norm in college.

doctors are still very concerned with jon's inability to bounce back as he should from this car accident. it still is a wait and see issue. the brain is an amazing thing and jon is strong...so we are praying his brain will heal but the concern is how long he was without oxygen after the accident.

good news is that jo...n was aware we were there and opened his beautiful eyes. he listened as we told him how everyone on facebook loves him so much and believes in how strong he is. he tried several times to talk back...and i know once he comes off the ventilator, he will. keep praying and thinking of him...he can feel it~ ''
 
shitty night. my close friend who works park crew at timberline was in a serious accident on the way to the mountain today, he and his friend were life-flighted from the scene and hes still in seriously critical condition. pull through guys.
 
I hope that stupid bitch that was driving is super hurt. Driving while under the influence of drink is not a joke.

It just goes to show it can happen to anyone, rather taking the attitude of "Ohh, I've only had a couple. I'll be fine..."

I hope Jon heals up really quick as he doesn't deserve this.

WOW, you should be ashamed of yourself. stop and think for a second- brogan was clearly partying as well, why do you think he got in the car? passengers have the option to say no, and it could just as easily have been him behind the wheel if that girl hadn't been there possibly (as in anyone's situation).

driving drunk is stupid and dangerous, but seriously once college starts- EVERYONE does it. its just an unfortunate fact.
 
I think nobody should take a stand about what happened. The only people who really know were the people inside the car. Lets just stay respectful to the people who got hurt and send vibes. Also when people tell stories it often gets twisted, from the one legit source I had, he has been waken up and doing great progress. They are hoping to get him off the ventilator really soon.
good morning everyone...here is an update!
the neurosurgeon came in last night and had better news. he believes jon will begin to wake more and more each day. they will be doing a cat scan today to check on jon's progress. we are also hoping today will be the day he will not be incubated any longer! jon is eager to speak and tries...
we told jon level 1 released one of his videos on facebook and i think he thinks he is the shit right now! how great is that!!! LOL
keep it coming...prayers, wishes and the love....there can be no shortage of it...
and thank you! i know jon's eyes are saying thank you~
