no telling how he will recover but CR was in a coma for a little over a month I believe and he was able to ski again, but all you can do is hope

hi everyone! just want to share with you that jon has made great leaps in expressing himself...it's bringing his family utter joy! he is also working so hard in therapy... and is wiped out by the end of every day. But i like that he is wiped out because it meant he busted his ass trying and i expect nothing less of jon~
keep the positive thoughts and prayers coming! i know it's working!!

"update on jon:hi everyone... jon is doing so well. i know you all know how hard he is working physically but i'd like to mention emotionally how jon is progressing. everyday jon is getting more aware with what has happened to him. he knows what he has to do to get better and he is doing it! his humor is back and he is already touching the lives of everyone who works with him. what really is having a positive effect on him are the cards he is receiving. he reads them and recalls wonderful memories and laughs out loud at anything funny you might mention. it carries him and makes him better! at this point, they are invaluable! so...i'm asking that you continue to do it, if you have! and if you haven't and you want to...that would be fantastic! God damn it this is horrible. I was in a 6 collision car crash yesterday and my car got completely totaled. Could've easily been in the same situation. Soooo many vibes. sucks to hear shit like this.
