I thought Jon's first run was amazing. perfect spins/grabs off everything. Simon also was fun to watch with a different way of attacking the course

He was fairly sketchy off of the first box, and his rail tech was not at the same level as Charles. Had Jon Stomped the second run I think the arguement may have been close

He was most definitely going for tail press, check his second run, he did the same thing. His first run was most definitely way underscored...that was such a nice,smooth run.

i dont want to start a terminology fight but it would have been tailslide not tailpress, just look at the difference between a tailslide and a tailpress on a snowboard

yeah jon and simons 1st runs were way underscored they should have been at least like 89s or 90s

I think they should have done a huge story on Jon like how they did for Tanner in hopes of getting a 4-peat, because Jon 4-peated Bronze. Way harder to do than Gold because Bronze is such a shitty colour, and gold is hard to get alot too because Gold is ugly too, the only nice medal color is silver, and its the easiest to get because the people who get silver only get it once and then never get it again, because they say they want gold next year but end up getting hurt or they crash. And then they realalize that they are better off with silver. And they should do a big story on Jon in Pipe too because he probably will 4-PEAT the same pipe run too, and he probably wont even make podium. I think they should have big-air in xgames, but they should have the skiers going at the same time, and its a transfer gap kind of thing too so they criss-cross eachother.

Jon shoulda won, he was way cleaner and smoother than tanner or gagnier, and they all threw the same stuff.

If Jon had done better on the rails i think he woulda deserved to win. An Charles Gagnier's run was not worthy a 92.66 or whatever they gave him. Overall good competition.
