JOI or SUPER SESSIONS? Which do you prefer?

I was thinking about this and I can't decide, I love the JOI, but the super sessions videos were so sick, what do you think?

I liked JOSS but it seemed a little short for the amount of features and talent that was there. Hopefully next year it will be like.. a month long shralpdown, instead of like... a week long minishralpdown, with more riders. that would be sick.

I think its a tie. I liked the fact that at JOI there were more people but super sessions had a lot more features.

A month long episode of hitting insanely large jumps every day and partying every night would probably kill a few riders.

joss was pretty cool but all the movies last year had sick shots from joi and they wont have them this year.

JOSS, no question. The aerial style jump sounded like a good idea, unfortunately the footage didn't back that up. The hip looked great, but apparently it was suspect seeing as how nobody threw down on it. All in all JOSS was ridiculous and gave us some the best edits of the season...Sammy's footage from a week could've passed for a season's full video segment. I think JOSS will only get better, as will the features/riders. Is anyone else hoping for a ridiculous jib next year? Maybe a Level 1ish gap to down? As long as Jon has total control....not likely.

JOSS, no question about it.

It had a JOI jump in it PLUS 4 other features, a whole town full of urban to hit for the videos and with the videos, we were able to see how each athlete handled the features and the competition itself.

After joss ended, they just closed it and left it there to melt. By the time I got there, the landings were all bumpy, but the rest was still in very good condition. And it was awesome. Backflips!

I think JOSS had a more chill attitude than JOI. In joss you could watch all those sick sessions and see a bigger range of all the riders skills. And as a bonus, most of the jump were left after the comp ended so you could just go hit them (rythm, experiment, floater -12 meters)

I liked how the JOSS brought sick riders together to create amazing footage, but I also like how the JOI was a contest made by the jump master himself, and how the pro/ am skiers get to duke it out for the title on their own terms just having fun. Ultimatly I would have liked for both to happen, sickkkkk events.

If they do the exact same with a few more riders and maybe a few jibs, it would be so awesome.

This year was sick but could have been better if it wasn't for the injuries.

It will get better year after year, just like the JOI.
