Someone just put me on to him and Capital Steeze. Honestly I heard of him but didnt pay much attention. He is pretty dope though. He def represents the new, younger generation/style of hip hop but its actually refreshing to hear some true hip hop and not some bubble gum weed smoking bulllllshit.

Too bad about Capital Steeze. I think he was the sickest one out of the whole crew.

Yep. Hip hop is finally coming back.

We still have the annoying 2 chainz and mike jones shit but it is coming back real nice

2chainz has never been "swag shit". you're thinking chris brown. you might think it's dumb but there's nothing wrong with chainz's type of music. it's fun and thats why i like it. if i want something serious and deep i would read a book
 
His verse was dope on that Track as it is on most of his tracks. Dude is a walking piece of the rare old school hip hop artist. RIP Cap Steez too man.

Summer Knights is different. Bada$$ has the same great flow/lyrical style as on 1999 but sounds very different. Almost like his voice changed or he's not as laid back. I like it but I like his voice on 1999 a lot more. Anyone else feel that?
 
Sounds a lot more hungry on songs such as Word is Bond, and almost angry on Amethyst Rockstar or 95 til Infinity. But on a lot of songs he sounds the same, such as Death of YOLO, which is my personal favourite.
 
Was actually gonna say those exact comments on those exact songs. I love death of yolo simply due to his sound.
