yeah man, so sad about joel - and my heart really goes out to steele. this has prob been really hard for him.

joel started pow pow productions and produced the movie 'unknown'. he also produced fox sports net ski tv shows: 'evolve' and the 'signature series'. joel filmed for poor boyz and a good friend of Johnny D.

he had some numbness in his arm one day, diagnosed with a brain tumor the next day, surgery a week later and unfortunately....well, you know. he and steele were roommates and best friends.

 
Joel was one of the coolest people I ever met. Also one of the best ski video editors known to man. You will all see this year, he and Steele edited Steele's segment for Ready Fire Aim this year, and it is amazing. You have never seen another section like it ever. It will be one of the best segments of the year. We all miss you Joel, RIP.
