While I like that the Tea Party wants to require a balancing of the budget (we need a balanced budget), it's the constant abortion argument and other BS that party spews. The only problem wig wanting to balance the budget is that it won't pass through the senate because the democrats do not want the balanced budget. Eight now both sides need to fucking compromise and just get along because the finger pointing and partisanship is fucking old. They've blown this "debt crisis" way out of proportion by bringing it down to the final two days and the Mexican standoff has caused a huge shit show. Sorry if that went all over the place, mobile NS makes it hard for me to make sure shut is right and in order.

I do not favor either side. However, you can't argue that 80% or so of mainstream media is liberally biased. It's not really even a contest, the democrats have the upper hand in that department.

Fox may spew biased shit but I was watching MSNBC one time and they had this one commentator, can't remember his name, that refused to call any Republican by their actual name, would bash perfectly regular/normal Republican's like Ron Paul just because they are a Republican, and then he said he was unbiased and yet didn't have at least ONE dissenting opinion on his show.

Fox with O'Reilly and Hannity may be biased but at least they get Bob Beckle, Alan Colmes, or Juan Williams on as dissenting opinions to at least maintain a facade of "trying" to be "fair and balanced"

Yeah, Fox and MSNBC are definitely the worst in terms of bias. I tend to lean conservative in matters that matter, and even I can't stand to listen to O'Reilly speak his mind for more than 30 seconds. He is the biggest asshole in broadcasting.

 
The oneONEONE good thing about O'Reilly is his opening about 2 minutes/Talking Points memo. It always has a fair bit of info about what is going on and such.

Fox does have some decent shows though with Special Report on at 6pm ET and Studio B on at 7pm ET.
 
Every time I watch O'Reilly I feel like he's just either repeating shit he heard on the radio, or trying to screw up someone's credibility haha.

 
throwing free $ at them isn't going to solve anything. They can either collect 300$ per week from the govt by doing nothing, or work 40 hours at a minimum wage job and earn 290$ before taxes. Which choice are they going to choose? I as an employee are held accountable and I am paying for their monthly check so why can't they be held to the same standards?
 
bloomberg is pretty neutral in my opinion, they listen repectfully to both sides, anyways i agree with the stupid abortion shit, bill oreilly ruined took the plot for himself and fucked it up completely oreilly is about quick but hes simple.

i think a benevolent dictatorship would be the most efficient government. put the dalai llama in charge of a free market economy would be best. like warren buffet says "capitalism works". the more you let the free market address problems, the more efficient and cost effective the solving of those problems will be. but right now the government is a fucking bot fly infestation... government has become a parasite, feeding on the success of the healthy part of america. Property rights and protection is all the government should be protecting.
