Joe Murrells inspiring story

this is a really good guided vipassana meditation that i used to listen to a lot until I was more comfortable practicing on my own.

This website also has a wealth of other guided meditations and information that I highly recommend for anyone interested.

and for anyone still reading this and doesn't think i'm totally bonkers, look into Feldenkrais.. it is sort of awareness though movement. a buddy of mine got his certification a couple years ago and I really enjoyed being his test subject for practicing what he was going to do in his classes. it really, really helped when I did it more frequently and I also highly recommend it.

What happened to him?

Tore his ACL, had alot of crashs , fucked up his body and had some sort of dislocation in his jaw wich can cause overall pain in back , shoulders ,neck etc

Nothing reaaalllyy bad , just alot of little things wich fucked him up. Says he took the wrong approach on skiing just throwing everything without even knowing what he's doing.

Kinda reminds me of a friend of mine
