Hey this is Joe Murrell. Just finished editing my new promo from my season in Northstar, thought id put a link on here to get peoples general feedback/ banter...ect. Im an English rider, streched my MCL last week so just out chilling in saasfee at the mo. Let me know what you think!

Good stuff, wasnt real stoked on the music but it was different and went well with the editting which is ++. Seems like you have a pretty clean style to me, I like!~
 
Your definetly fuckin amazing at skiing and better than i expect to ever be thats for sure. the only thing i'd like to see is you work on making your tricks little more steezy and natural looking, cos then you'd be one of the best around i'm sure.
 
that was tight as hell wish the singing wasn't in there cuz the beat was sick as f uck
 
wow...edit was ill..i actually though the editing was that of a high end dvd...and the song went super good with the skiing..

as for the skiing

I'm not sure why the song didn't go over so well, but I thought it was dope. Editing was excellent. Skiing was really good; I especially liked the switch 9 guitar and the switch cork 5 high safety/bro kang. I agree that some of the tricks had a dated feel....particularly your inverted tricks. No hate intended, but I think your axis of rotation is a litttle too straight up and down for me...looks like old school d-spins where the front/back rotation is set seperately from the spin. Maybe what I'm trying to say is that some of it looked a little aerialish/mechanical. All in all, I thought it was a great edit. Keep holding it down for the Brits!
 
ahhh thats sick! glad to see you made it out alive hitting jumps at northstar. I saw 2 people in a row there end their seasons on the same jump (one liver laceration, one fucked up his spine) because they overshot because the landings are tiny.
 
Yea dude that was a sick edit. I liked the song alot and the skiing was really good. I skied at northstar a little this year and I definitely saw you out there killing it some times.

It is unfortunate that you spent your season in tahoe at northstar though.

 
if you cut the segment in half and kept your best tricks you'd look like someone worth investing in. right now your good shots are being overwhelmed by the mediocre stuff. not trying to be a dick, just giving you an honest opinion. some of the mistyish sw 9s at the end were sick, especially the line where it's followed by an underflip. but a lot of the tricks--the flair, the cab 7s at the beginning--were lacking style. not even style, but form, like setting the trick at the right time and landing smoothly.
 
that was a pretty dope edit, i loved how the music went with the skiing especialy at the begining( the end was a bit heptic ) great skiing too. props!
 
I think its because his clothes fit to be honest. I'm all for having your own style and do what you do man. I just feel like you would look better on film with a little somethin somethin extra. Baggy pants or skinny just somethin I think would make you stand out more. Maybe I'm just weird like that though, I never really like peoples style when there clothes just fit, theres something about it that just doesn't look right. Def do your thing though man your sick
 
Needs a bit more afterbang, a bit of the 4bi9 bird, GANGSTA!!! I think the noob needs to work more on his skiing rather than rapping!!
