Thinking about moving to montreal with my girfriend, but I have a few questions...What do you think my honest chances of getting a job are when i speak very little french? I am trained as a computer tech...and am currently working as a digital image specialist at a photolab, maintaining high-end printers and handling all digital prints that come into the store...Also..How far away is tremblant from montreal centre?

id say u still have good chances of finding a job in computers all billingual thing is only usefull for like jobs were u talk to the public and tremblant depending on were u live in montreal is an hour and a half from my house (dorval)

I was hoping you'd say that...I figured finding a job in computers that being bi-lingual wouldnt be a huge asset.

you can find a job, but it'll just be a lot harder than if you had your french and you might get paid less....it really does depend.

there's a big part of montreal who speaks english, depend on wich part of the island you're on
