Jobs for canadians?

HEllo everyone.

I am making this thread for my sister who is hoping to get a job in Australia this summer. After looking for a bit she found out it wouldn't be as easy as she thought finding a job while not being there. If anyone from Australia could give me/her some advise as to where to look etc.

Quick info on my sister: She raced skiing all her life( she was sponsored), good in lots of sports and is currently studying to be a nurse. Bilingual(french and English) and she already has a VISA. She is 19.

So if anyone can help/give advise, it would really be appreciated.

plenty of oppurtunities for work! just gotta get here really. otherwise employers wont trust the person to committ. usually due to people fucking off or not showing up to work the season. easiest jobs to get will be shit like cleaning, lifty, rentals, food service. but if she already wanted a job secured should have done it back in Feb, March(for resorts). best thing to do now is email around or just get here. plenty of jobs open up after 2-3 weeks into the season aswell because some cant hack it and go straight home. If all that fails she could just go to the coast and have a rad beach holiday and follow the backpacker trail.
