Job Shadow ideas

Im going to be job shadowing for a day so i want to do something interesting. I have no idea what i want to do when im older so i figured you guys could throw out some good ideas.

i had to job shadow someone in my high school econ class. i did a bartender and then failed the project because my teacher said it was legally impossible for me to job shadow a bartender. i gave him the persons number and everything, it was at a restaurant with a bar i just chilled all day watching football and drank Shirley temples. my teacher was a bastard and we hardly ever agreed.
