JJ's vs. Watchife

Both are sick skis

Both have wood cores i think the jj's might be lighter

JJ's are bigger underfoot (115 i believe) so better for pow plus are madly rockered

Watchlife are good for a lot. They are 90 underfoot.

Both dope but for deep powder the jj"s would be my choice but but if u ski all mountain i would go with watchlifes because they will do it all better then the JJ's

ya theres a big difference. the jjs are a powder/big mtn ski, and the watch lifes are park-specific, but a little bit wider than average (kind of like anthems i guess)

i think ur thinking of the LIVE LIFES. its a different surface ski, fat, rockered, more like the jj. theres also the live life 2, which is like a softer version of the live life

or an even better ski for him might be the tj schneider ltd one. In my opinion one of the sickest skis in the 110-120 waist width category.

sandwich.

and the livelife is early rise, but not rocker.

only the live life 2 is. the ll2 is slightly stiffer than the hellbent.

the 09 jj's are rocker, but they have that elf shoe shit that lets you work the groomers which is a little difficult and just straight up rockered skis.

livelifes are super dope i think that the side cut is really good for charging same with the jj so but i think the jj is more versatile, but am not quite sure about that

not to come crashing down on your thread title or what not but you mean livelife's second i believe the jj's are a little wider underfoot and this years jj's i believe are rockered.

the rocker is only really apparent on the front of the ski, its pretty mellow. the general shape of the ski is not nearly as extreme as you would think once you actually see it.
