Have any of you even rode the JJs?

i see all these people suggesting them to everyone and there grand mother so im wondering if any of you have even rode them or if your just a bunch of idiots suggesting skis you have never rode, flexed, or even seen in person.

ya, i figured everyone has just been talking out their asses.

post in here if you have ever rode them, im going to keep on bumping this, and see if anyone actually has

you see, im trying to see if people who keep on suggesting them have rode them. you have not rode them so what was the point in posting?

Well ive certainly flexed them, researched them, talked to people who have ridden them and now own a pair, so I would consider myself knowledgeable. They are an 09 ski after all, obviously not many people have ridden them, so I can say with confidence I know more about their performance than the majority of people. Your theory that if they havent ridden them they must be ignorant fools is just plain silly. I agree that there is a lot of stuff flying around this years JJs that is just pure hype, but dont group everyone in together. I posted so as to let you know that not everyone was just talking out of their ass, which is clearly what you are trying to discern. Actually just throw all of that away, since its obvious you are just doing this to be a prick. Its internet advice, if they want to listen to the hype, fuck it, if they want to do more thorough research, it can easily be found~

yes, i was being a prick, i felt it needed to be done. everyone keeps on hyping these skis, and dont get me wrong i think they look like a sick ski, but all these people who havent rode them or even flexed it are suggesting it to other people. i guess im just getting tired of all the bullshit that dumb ns kids have been spewing all over the forums. im not calling you dumb, but the thing im mostly looking at is the ski hasnt really been proven at all and it seems like it is beeing suggested as the ultimate end all, beats all ski for everyone if they are dealing with anything powder

well this retard crowd is exactly the crowd Armada markets to.

Not saying they make bad skis, just stating that this is their marketing strategy. A lot of hype and bullshit talk by people who don't know what they're talking about.

And everyone I know who owns the old JJs hates them and wished they bought other skis. I understand the new ones are reverse camber, but I don't trust Armada at all on this, the ARGs are the worst reverse camber ski ever made. So yeah I would definitely want to talk to someone who's ridden the skis in actual powder, or test them myself, before even considering buying them.

I rode them for a few days last year, and instantly ordered them. I have never been more impressed with a ski - ever. It truly rules everything, I have been riding an EP Pro which is just way to soft, the JJ is much stiffer and can charge like mad. It also is so playful and can carve groomers so good, unlike other rockers. I will ride the JJ 95% of the time this season.

Wow, nice try, but before you call other people retards you should probably try not to sound like one yourself. Their marketing strategy is create hype ... oh no... you mean the same one used my just about every company... ever?? Now I know you understand that these JJs are new and are reverse camber, err wait actually they arent, and in fact they have camber underfoot. It really sounds like you know what you are talking about now! Then you go ahead and call the ARG the worst reverse camber ski ever.. what it didnt work well enough on that groomer for you?~

maybe not the worst, but the furthest from versatile, i own hellbents and have ridden ARGs, both are fun in untouched pow, i prefer bents, but thats really just my opinions, but the fact is if you take the ARG anywhere besides untouched pow it sucks.

Well I'm thinking of getting a pair of JJ's this season and putting some new Marker Dukes on them for skinning in the BC. As soon as any of you that actually HAVE the 08/09 JJ's actually SKI them, drop me a line and let me know how they were.
