All hoodies are 10/10 nothing wrong with them all washed so there shruken a bit, but the level 1 has 2 holes in the bottem ribbing with strings in it so you can tighten the waist.

10/10 is scotch perfect with no holes, brand new and still has tags on it, also not shrunk, yours sound more like an 6 or 8 out of 10
