Anyone else love skiing to some hendrix? I'd imagine it would be perfect for doing some pow or even a pow segment in a movie.
 
In Hard To Earn, a snowboard movie, they used All Along The Watchtower by Hendrix, pretty sick segment!
 
for hendrix lovers, there is a ski company called hendrix skis, they have a twintip with a retro pic of him on them. if anybody rides these, pm me how they ride
 
not to hate but... I get that you like Jimi, who doesn't but do you really need a thread about skiing to his music?
 
Some Hendrix was used in Eric Pollard's segment in the latest Nimbus movie. And yes it went very very well.
 
I was going to mention something about that, I dislike where almost all ski movies went this year, but i especially enjoyed the soundtrack to nimbus's movie. Songs were chosen well and fit their parts
 
someone has to embed that video i tried to post. he fucks his guitar then lights it on fire, then smashes it. its probably the most beautiful thing music has ever seen.

how would you guys rate the new album Valleys of Neptune?i think its pretty good. certainly not his best album, but enjoyable none the less.
