It seems our members are doing more than ever before. Our number of visitors has gone, but the amount of time spent on the site and the average amount of page loads has just gone through the roof.

The amount of stuff members are doing has been slowing down the site. But don't fret, we're on it. I've just finished a round of optimisations and our database load is down almost 33%, I've also added rules so your browser will cache freqently used images instead of downloading them every page load. I've got more fix-ups on the way, they just need to be fully tested.

My current major task is further optimisation, and adding an extra server so we can serve larger media files. We'd like to increaes the size limit for pictures and videos this season.
