I think it is weak. Other shops are able to. They should just not put the items that they cannot sell online on a e-commerce site. That way they can sell some stuff over the internet. I personally do all my ordering online and that is why I will not order from them. I think it is an excuse for not having a solid online presence.

^that works great if you know what you want, but most of the time I like to see something online if I do not know the model name or color scheme and see it before I buy it. If you have the exact model number and name of a product that works otherwise (most of the time) you just want to see it. Also, I like to order stuff like t's and hoodies by just looking online at the picture.
