holy shit i just called jibij and they are having a HUGE SALE, on outwear and skis!! like even the armadas are on sale for cheap, cause i just called to see about getting a new pair of skis before camp this summer in whistler. their number is 1 866-jib-skis , and they have everything and they ship and i love it cause i live in frickin ohio.

Its not an Online store u dumb shit, its a real store. But they take orders over the phone, have great customer service, and carry the best in newschool clothes and skis. Soo shut ur fucking face!!!

Jibij does not do their own website, they hire sombody else to do it, so dont blame them. Jibij is the shit, its completely focused on core skiing and the companies that will provide a good future for skiing. I would not get my gear anywhere else.

I get 10% off shit but I have to pay for shipping and I never get to see in person what I'm getting, sounds great. Or I could just hit a local shop and get a better discount and not have to pay for shipping, and I get to take it home that day. Not to mention their website shows that they carry a very narrow selection of goods

I'm not trying to be a dick here, but they could try a little harder. This is the 21st century after all. If they wanted to sell to people long distance all they'd have to do is set up a simple website, if they arn't willing to do that they shouldn't try to sell long distance it just seems very inconveinent for today's standards.

it might take one minute to ask all those questions, two minutes at the most. so, if you have a cell phone (where long distance is usually free) this shouldn't be a problem. or, if you call from your home phone, long distance usually doesn't cost more than 5 cents per minute, so if you can't afford the phone call, you shouldn't be browsing for skis. last resort, if you are that stingy, call long distance from your work and let them front the minimal bill

actually it is much more than 5 cents a min, but it's not the money, it's just the inconvienece, I really don't care that much so whatever

 
the philosophy behind the phone orders is to ensure your order gets placed correctly. most stores that do online sales don't have their inventory connected to their website so they may say they have something in stock when they really don't. say 10 people order one item simultaneously. all of their orders will be processed but nine people will be pissed two weeks later when they find out it was out of stock. also if you call you can actually talk to a real live person who knows what they're talking about and can physically check on the inventory.

you can look at each company's website to see their full lines. find something you like then call TOLL FREE 1-866-JIB-SKIS to check on prices, sizes, colors, etc. if you see something that isn't in stock, josh may be able to order it for you. jibij carries only twin-tip skis and core clothing brands so the selection may look small for a ski shop. however, they're the largest newschool specific ski shop in the country and the only place to get orage masters.

well its all about the competetion(sp), if they have all there shit online, prices included, why to fuck should I call a store in Colorado to get prices and shit. They make it easier, they get more buisness. They put a store online they make more money, what is the problem with that? I dare you to find a store that is more core than jibij with what they sell and how they operate. If you're the kind of person who just wants the cheapest whatever and don't care what youre really buying or who your helping as long as you get the best deal then fine, buy your shit from some fat suit who's just selling it to milk on the 'extereme scene'. i think a couple of manufacturers dont allow their prices to be posted online. josh is the man, he doesnt bite and he isnt mean so give him a call if you want cheap shit.
