Jibij and Canada

Has anyone shipped a pair of skis from jibij to canada , or more specifically vancouver bc?(or BC)?

if so, what kind of taxes and duties did you have to pay ontop of the price of the skis?

if you live in canada, buy from D-S. you'll save on shipping, customs taxes, and american money.

If you live in Vancouver, go to a shop. Pretty much anything you can get at Jibij you can get in Vancouver, and if not there, then at Whistler. Save you a hell of a lot of hassle.

i totally would go with d structure, but they dont have the skis i want, Line Bacons, and its looking like they may be hard to get a hold of even in shops out here in whistler and vancouver.

This is why i ask, so has anyone on here in canada shipped a pair of skis from jibij?

I emailed jibij, they just told me "your government decides what duties and taxes are paid" which is why i'm asking if anyones first hand ordered skis from there in canada, someone on this site must have.
