Jiberish shipping wtf?

I'm not trying to be that spoiled white kid who acts like a bitch when my $90 hoodie and 90$ vest don't come but I'm pissed off. The shipping that they made me pay for has taken 4 weeks to get here. To make it worse they took 3 weeks to tell me that they don't even have one of my items. Also it's not like I live in canada and so it'd take a lot longer. I live in vail. What's the deal jiberish?
 
I got mine on Friday... But they posted a pic on Instagram of this huge stack of orders from cyber Monday so they are backed up you should get yours soon.
 
So I got our confirmation and shipping code but like we just got a message saying our order has been returned...? We never even put in request to return anything and im really hoping it just a glitch because this will suck if we don't get anything.
 
Ya my code says untraceable to due to weather. So they might of actually returned it for some reason??? Idk I just waiting for a reply from Jiberish.
 
i waited three weeks for them to even bother posting out my shit.........and no it was not a 'this item will ship early december'.

I asked why this had happened in an email and they didnt even bother to get back to me.

This is the last Jiberish i ever buy.
