Jiberish ignant came broke k++ for answer

I got the new maroon ignant for christmas and i put it on and the zipper would not work. I left the day after christmas for a ski trip and got home today, so I was wondering what I need to do to get a new one. K++ for the answer

I have already called and left a message and I have sent like 6 emails in the past 2 weeks and they have not responded.

Send it back? Keep attempting to get ahold of them? What does one usually do when they get something that has malfunctioned or came in a state different than it should have?

i got the blue ignant a few years back and it had a defect and i emailed them and the sent me a new one very fast, strange that they are not responding

i believe they were a much smaller company a few years ago...

yeah, pete is normally pretty good at responding along with the other guys over there at jiberish, id give it a few days
