Tops to say the least. I ordered a pair of jeans from abstractmall.com, and the order was taking forever, like 6 weeks.So pete drago called to apoligize and suggest a better fit for what i ordered>denim> and threw in a siiiiick free t-shirt to boot!! This isn't the first time either, in past orders they have thrown in stickers( I know how rare that seems for jbrsh) and bandannas! They always come correct,no matter how pricey they are kids its worth every penny as it just helps propel the movement we all so live for!! Thank you jiberish and keep on keepin'.John Pacheco.
 
i wish i had some problems like that and got free shit. unfortunately, AM has always been smooth sailing for me.
 
yes it is i had ordered a hoodie this year and about four and a half weeks had gone by so i give pete a shout he says hes sorry and it was here in a day sick company sick service
 
I've read nothing but good things about Jiberish's customer service on here. Pete is definitely on point about making sure the customers are satisfied.

level 1 did that to me, messed up a poster pack order and gave me a bunch of free stickers and a beanie to make up for it
 
one time bought a shirt it didn't come for about 8 weeks i called they sent it, not only did i get the shirt but they also through in a Tom Wallisch too
 
I had a similar situation when Jiberish was first starting out...I got a free hat and t shirt for my troubles. go jiberish!
 
Im currently trying to resolve a problem about one of my hoodies fading too much and its been nothing but to notch service, just waiting till i can contact him on the phone, (difficult becasue of time diffrence and school) and hopefully get it sorted out

i ordered a jiberish hoodie and crew neck november 27th

and i still don't have it. they sent it to my brothers address...i emailed him and told him that it got sent to the wrong address but never got an email back. and my brother is out of town.

everybody just sucks jiberish's dick so flame me all you want but i think it's pretty damn shitty.

and don't give me the "ohhh dude, their a small company and their just starting off man just chill." i spent 160 fuckin dollars...i wanna know where my shit is.

I have had nothing but amazing experiences with Jiberish customer service. To the guy above me, that sounds shitty, but it's pretty rare and sounds like one experience. It's not like they do that all the time. I think they are my favorite company to deal with.
 
i didn't get my order for 8 weeks, e-mailed pete, next day i had a phone message telling me to call him. talked with him for a while and he was super apologetic because they'd completely lost my order but didn't have what i wanted in stock so he offered me anything i wanted from their store inventory which is shit that's sold out online or some of the 4xl stuff plus he threw in a free t-shirt
 
on a side note who else has 4xl jiberish. My Friend got an electric autumn in 4xl and i was wondering how common they are?
 
Jiberish is such a legit company, Unlike LRG and a lot of other street labels today they have real customer service, not to mention they don't churn out bullshit t-shirt graphics for the sake of having a huge line each season.
 
agreed! i waited 6-7 weeks for some of my jiberish gear, after talking with Pete I now get a tshirt as a "thank you for beiing patience". I love Jiberish
 
the one thing that makes pete legit is that he makes personal phone calls to a customer when there is a problem. something just seems better about being able to talk on the phone with someone rather than email. jiberish is definitely legit
