when ever i try to start playing it says error jpg did not load how do i fix this

Uninstall it, then Download it again, when it gives you the option to run or save it, save it to your desktop, then everytime you want to play, click on an icon that says something like jibberish install delux beta or something like that.

i have this same problem

Load it from the .exe in the install folder and it will work fine. Load it from a shortcut and it doesn't work - shows this error you are experiencing.
