Jibberish Jeez

i have the same problem so can someone post a cure for this horrible horrible affliction.
 
Make sure that your 3d acceleration is set to full/max in windows, and that you have the latest version of directx. If that doesn't work you could try updating your graphic drivers. Other than that I don't know what could help.
 
Try switching the level on the main screen. If you leave it on "City" without touching it, then it does that.
 
if you have the files hidden if your in school like i used to you cant have them like that for some reason buts thats just how it happened to me...
 
Right click on the desktop, and in the pop up menu choose properties. Then go to the settings tab and click on the advanced button in the bottom corner. In the new windows that opens choose the trobuleshoot tab, and the acceleration is set with the bar in this tab. It should be all the way to the right. When your done just hit apply.
