how do you spin onto rails, they are all so high that i cant spin onto them, also i cand do cmooth slow cork spins i always start to spin fast regular, then i try and cork it out and i start to spin extremely slow

I can't get corks either...and I don't clear half of the jumps + I can't grab properly, if I just jump on a flat trail tre grab starts like nothign, but when I'm in the air it wouln't work...what am I supposed to do?
