I just wanted to inform the whole community about whats happening with jibberish.

Ok so heres whats going to happen:

From now to september, thats about 2 months, im going to do my best to finish jibberish 2.0. It will be openGL, unless there are clear reasons as why they should not be in openGL. (Such as speed and compatibility on older PCs).

I will be testing the game on three computers at home. A dell inspiron laptop, that runs jibberish 1 at a decent frame rate on lowest quality. And a 1.5ghz P4 computer which I will be changing the graphics card, between a nvidia GEforce 2 and a much newer graphics card. I will release some small stuff along the way so that you guys can benchmark it and tell me how/if its running.

In order to meet my deadline, support for jibberish 1 will be stoped. If you have any questions that HAVE NOT been answered before in the cult, then you can email me at skigamemaker@yahoo.com but only use that if its important.

thx for being patient. I know what I did wrong the first time and i assure you that jibberish 2 will look and feel alot better this time around.

In theory yes. He's been talking about doing it in OpenGL because it's easy to port from PC to Mac.

I've heard 'gamemaker say yes before, but I'm just going off memory here; don't quote me on it.

yeah lincolns would be cool, the only way i am seeing this possible on a keyboard tho, is like have us hold down a button while you hit left or right and then when you hit the arrow keys, instead of spinning, you rotate like in a lincoln.
