Any news on when it is coming out? The thread from earlier is gone. Is the any notable news recently
 
I heard the CD are being manufactured as we speak, they just want to keep the release a surprise.

i want to believe this, i really do. but seriously, this thing has been going on since before i even joined ns!
 
i still have faith in jib life. i know it is coming out, and this post is proof that i never doubted them

ps. jiblife- please take note of this loyalty despite all the hate and send me a free copy when it comes out.
 
If Jib Life ever was to come out, every single person on newschoolers would immediately stop hating, and purchase it.
 
I know it's hard to believe, but I know the creator/owner very well and can personally guarantee he is working as hard as he can.

Jib Life has made some significant steps towards completion in the recent months. I know it seems like it never will happen, but trust me, it will happen and it's gonna be awesome.
 
well could he give us an update on how things are going, and why things are taking so long? like if he's got school/work thats getting in the way I'm pretty sure that everyone here would understand that.
 
I know he was thinking about leaving his job, especially now that the game is running full steam, but I think he's still there at the moment. IT specialist for an insurance company. Gotta eat, heh.
 
Jib Life isn't a game, its a clothing design program.... did people seriously think it was a skiing/boarding game? Our bad.
 
Until I see some proof of actual gameplay (not shitty screenshots that anyone could photoshop in 5 minutes *see April Fool's joke this year*) I would believe it. Anyone care to facilitate this process? It's just really frustrating when everyone's like "ohh, I heard it's gonna be out in like three months." Like no, you don't. Nobody does. Let's have Jib Life come in here and tell us.

 
big tings to come with this game. $$$ locked in is key to production yah know, seems like things are realll positive right meow. pumped to see the finshed product.
 
I said up above i personally couldn't post a ss of game play.

I know that he is very close to releasing public information.

But that's really all I know for sure. I only know the creator as a friend, not a boss/colleague/coworker/etc so i wouldnt feel right saying other things that may or may not be 100% accurate. I'd rather leave it up to Jib Life to release official info or news.

The picture posted above is very close to what gameplay will look like in terms of environment... but obviously the gameplay will have the character close up front and center.

The producer is keeping stuff mum because he wants to go about it right. Instead of being concerned with releasing screenshots and building hype, he's working towards getting the funding behind the game squared away. Thats what drives something like this, so stay stoked and be prepared for some big updates coming this summer.
