Jib Life Support Shirts in the NS shop w00t...

Jea props to NS, Entripy, Pangria, Jason, and anyone and everyone else who has and still is supporting this. You have no idea how much it helps to know people are as stoked about this as we are.

We know your all mad anxious for an update, and everything is so close to being in place. I wish it where as simple as just dropping it all for you to gobble up, but so much has to go into it. Been working on this for far too long to drop the ball now.

Again thanks for the support and keep it up.

so the idea is to sell shirts now and get the hype going for a game that doesn't have a release date? the shirt isn't good looking enough for that to work.

Then don't buy one you fucktard.

If you could read you would know he said it is to help finance the art team.

i wish you the best of luck completing the game. i'll support jib life by buying the game if it comes out, but i think i'll pass on the shirt.

yeh ideally I'd love to have them sold for less, but all the $ goes to the art team not someones pocket.

And NS has to make a cut for hooking up the shop space.

The guys over at Pangria refused to let me give them anything from the sales, so it's really just all around legitness which is what this game has thrived on.

Would seem like there is a lot of hate, but there is easily 100 times more love coming in from peeps every single minute. Keep it up guys and gals.

I love the idea behind the game and all but I think this quote:
"Get your piece of history while you can, and help support the most legit thing to happen to the sport since the twin."
Easy killer.

I agree, epecially since the game is based on urban. That's a major letdown for me, and I'm sure it is a major letdown for many people. Most of us ski on mountains. That sounded way more harsh than intended to be, but I just woke up. Fuck it.

I love the concept of a skiing game though, I will definitely buy it/download it if it's free when it comes out.

No, no don't take this the wrong way. I fully support the game and think it's a great idea. The crew behind Jib Life have dedicated a major portion of their life to making a skiing game the ski community can be proud of.
I just think the marketing behind the tshirt is a bit much. There's a few other "legit" things that have happened in skiing since the twin. Just a few...

Jea,

We don't have the $$ for a marketing crew haha, we are doing our best with what we have, and that is DEF a claim.

The "first installment" is centered around an urban setting, by NO MEANS is this game confined to that as we have said in the past.

Ben will be elaborating on all of this in a big update coming up soon (i.e. next few weeks soon). Hopefully this will help to calm some people down now that you all know there is a date in place for an update.

Thanks for all the support guys and gals, we are doing our best and we truly believe you will all be happy with what we are doing and with the end product when it's ready to drop.

Will just ask that you wait till Ben does the update and I think you will see that everyone will be quite happy, well most will be, can't make everyone happy, there always has to be a hater.

Hey, not trying to pass judgment too early. Just some skepticism. But I am stoked for the update, I've been supportive of this game since a couple years back when Ben first put up the forums for game ideas and whatnot. I think this will be very sick, don't mistake a little bit of negativity for flaming.

jea,

He had actually been working on it for years before he posted in here, think he started the idea right before Mad Trixx came out. Either way much effort has been put into refining the game model as the sport has changed.

Should be pretty epic when the update is made.

im going to pick up a few, not only to support you guys but because they are some cool shirts

Man just wait till you see all the stuff they have in store for the winter.

Pretty sure they are working hard on a summer line up too.
