Why is everybody jizzing their pants over this? We saw like .4 seconds of gameplay that looked like a mildly updated version of Jibbin.
 
from the .0098 seconds of game play i have studied all the pixels and concluded the game looks like a shitty version of jibbin.
 
at the beginning it showed a few sponsors on the screen, can anybody find out if those companies are really endorsing this? that could be quite telling...
 
How come when people see the ps controllers they think its automatically gonna be on the ps3? Those are PC controllers. They make them look just like Xbox and PS3 controllers.
 
God dammit stop fucking getting kids on NS so riled up on this game. From the looks of it, it's still in early development and has lots of work, but its hard to tell from a 1 second clip... Even if and when this game gets released it will have lost so much credibility from all these pointless updates, even if it's an amazing game.
 
because it is the first (excluding ssx on tour) freestyle skiing game. which is not only a huge step in making our sport bigger and more well known, but hell i want to play a god damn ski game.
 
I don't get to hate on things very often - now jiblife has ruined the one outlet for my rage - themselves.
 
i called sugarbush's marketing director to ask him about their logo appearing at the beginning of the video, and got some less than definite but potentially telling responses. what i got out of the conversation is:

the guy i was talking to is aware that jiblife exists.

he know whether or not sugarbush is helping to fund jiblife.

he is not willing to make a statement on whether or not sugarbush is helping to fund jiblife.

i have to conversation recorded, i just need to figure out how to use the new webcam software i used so i can save the conversation. i will post it when i can. but it sounds like this guy knows that sugarbush is involved but understandably doesnt want to just blurt it out to some kid on the phone.
