EvanI checked this facebook page just out of curiosity to see if any progress had been made.

Keenan is right. Back in the day when we were seeing renderings of urban setups and renderings of characters, everyone had faith in the project. I think that posting updates is a FANTASTIC idea, because as of right now, the project appears dead at best, and potential customers are forgetting about it. Posting updates and rough gameplay video and the like will help immensely in terms of consumer feedback and above all, will give YOU a chance as a developer to tweak things that are liked/disliked and as a whole end up with a much, MUCH better product.

Just my two cents.

Jib LifeEvan,

We are not concerned with customers right now, we are focussed on working on the game. We will worry about customers when the time comes that we need them.

And there will be a very in depth player feedback portion of the game. We are not just game designers looking to make a buck off this, we are actually skiers who have a passion for both. So, rest assured, that we want this to be as much your game as it is ours.

Thanks for the thoughts.

That seems very foolish by them unless they know that people will defo by the game what ever the outcome of it is. Are they actually a company working on this full time or just some spare time stuff because most game projects that are done by a bunch of randomers in there spair time takes years or upon years with months of no working on it and the odd screenshot when people get working on it a little again. Ive experienced this many times being a Game design student. Sounds a real good idea but it has never sounded very serious.

its true, my uncle works for EA and he said that the jib life playable demo will be hidden on their website next month. I can't wait!!!!

He's a friend of the creator of the game, and he's not lying. So many kids are gonna eat their words when they see the game.

itll be dope fersure. Ben is the man and hes not trying to throw out some half ass game so just hold your horses and when its all said and done all the haters are gonna take back what they say. Making a game from scratch is no easy process and takes alot of time to get the programming and everything right.
