We can still do it!

Come on people, don't be haters! They just didn't have all the physics on!

Only 22 hours left to go, let's get this sucker funded!

Yeah guys we should really all the effort we can!! They deserve it and there's so much potential in the game!!!

if we want 20 grand in less than a day, there a few possible options. 1. ECB sells his body online to high paying korean businessmen. 2. someone steps the fuck up and sells their kidney on the black market. 3. we kidnap Tom Wallisch.

Some Asian kid sold his kidney for an iPad/iPhone, so why can't someone sell theirs for JibLife development?

i hope they release some sort of playable mini-version even though they didnt get all the funding they needed. i'll play anything at this point

Yea but the version they promised to the pledgers is a mediocre rail park that looks slightly better than jibbin' ...

And yeah, this thread is more about the failure of the Jib Life Kickstarter and about analyzing their marketing tactics' faults and skewed consumer rapport over the years and recent times.

I didn't really wanna pledge because of how much Jiblife has pissed me off, but I did anyways cause im a sucker for ski related games.

5 hours left. Keeping my fingers crossed they'll let us play the test map today, but we all know another countdown is waiting for us at the end of the campaign...

Its official that pledgers gets an early access to the game even if the campaign fails. Common guys its worth the 5 bucks.

"4 days left to go. For those who backed the project, we are planning to get you all playing the game before the general public, even if the campaign fails. Stay tuned for more news."

jib life is gay, the videos they have dropped of it so far look worse than freakout extreme freeride and that came out in 2007, if they are going to make an optimistic goal of 30k they need to change the shit they have dropped so far.

They way that Jib Life has conducted itself from a business perspective is absolutely ridiculous.

This thread has turned into "Fuck Jiblife, blah blah blah"I used to be all for it. But now, I have to be honest. They really seem like they have no idea what they're doing marketing wise or production wise. Everyone seems do be riding their nuts because it is the only "Realistic" game for skiing, If they did the job right the first time or if they seriously worked harder it could be done. They showed us one fucking video, that's bullshit. And then they expect to reach the 30,000$ goal. Yeah right. Anyways I kinda turned into a hater in the last paragraph but it's just irritating to see kids throw money at something they dont really know alot about.

EXACTLY, don't expect newschoolers or whoever else may be interested to invest money when theres been close to nothing released in terms of gameplay. The 2 minutes video released shows little about how the game actually works and the controls. Give a better description of what people are putting they're money towards and you will see better results.

someone that donated throw the early release into a .rar or .zip and upload it to mediafire or whatever. If the game is enjoyable I will donate after.

I wouldn't buy the game even if it does ever come out. Their marketing is horrible. Someone criticizes and they call them a hater. They also blocked me on Facebook. In one of the threads they called everyone on ns haters, that's a great idea go to your target market and call them haters. No one else even knows about this game.

You're retarded. 90% of NS did hate on the whole thing. Every time JibLife has had an update most kids shit on it. They've also thanked the people that have been loyal since the beginning.

Most of the "haters" are just jumping on the Jib Life trollwagon, but those with legitimate concerns about their approach to marketing their product were psyched and hyped about the product for years and years since the project was first announced and are most probably not "kids" anymore.

They've been offered help in promoting the the whole shabang by even the doubting fans who want to see this come into fruition, even with the half-truths and the disappointment of their progress and the ridiculous pledge amount needed for the project to pass.

Now they are going to offer the demo or whatever rail level to those about 300 people who pledged, but they won't see any money. So they are giving it away for free in any case, why not just release a fucking demo? That's what will sell the game, the gameplay, not some Day One DLC product pack with a 'unique' beanie.
