yea i agree completley with zachd, everyone else needs to shut the fuck up its just our opinion so fucking what if were wrong to me i dont think hes progressed as much as other skiers over the last couple years although he is a hella good skier and did practically invent the sport which still says nothing about him progressing. Yea he was awsome in degenerates look at the tricks he was throwing now look today at what hes throwing its not that much more progressive compared to so many other people in skiing, i kind of think hes getting old and fading out but maybe im wrong but shut the fuck i dont care thats just my opinion get over it

See don't ya'll feel better after that? Now, As for what this topic STARTED out about, It is my belief that JF Cusson is one of the most talented atheletes in our sport. No questions asked. He is the man on many levels.

About his getting older: shit happens, he was out for much of the season with injuries, JP as well. He worked his ass off this summer at Hood to have a video segment.

now as far as what skiing should be called, I'm all in favor of calling it freestyle again. We are freestyle skiers.

Stop confusing yourself and everyone else, and call it freestyle. As far as I am concered 'freestyle' in the traditional sence of Mougls and arials is dead. They will not make a comeback and surpass what we are doing right now. Ever. Its not tagnible to the mass market, thats part of why it failed in the first place.

now, newschool skiing isnt about how big you can go, or how many tricks you can do, or how stylie your steez is.

what its about, is how cool you look in the line, and how much puss you get after you get off the hill. or if youre just that amazing, while on the hill.

and JF is amazing. the reason he hasnt progressed as super fast as the really young guys, is cause he has nowhere else to progress to. he can do pretty much everything. i dont think ive seen a trick he hasnt done, huge, with style, and stomped.

also, he's probably lazy cause he's been skiing for most of his life, and after like 30 years, it starts to hurt a lot when you fall.

my god, some people cannot take someones opinion as an OPINION, its not a world wide accepted idea here....its just some people who say he hasnt progressed, NOT that he isnt good, i have to say he is an excellent skier, just lazy about learning new things sometimes. And about the whole Newschool skiing scene, when someone asks waht i do, i tell them I ski, then when they ask if i race or freestyle ski, i tell them i do Newschool freestyle, which they ask me what it is, and i tell them its a new style of tricks and usually i will show them because i have a FREEZE on me almost everwhere i go. Cedric, you need to lay off, get your english down a little better, and stop saying fock...its getting annoying.

I said before levin tha the use of newschool before skiing did not make sense so i agreed with him, but i disagreed with tha freestyle skier thing.

I also said before Darryl that we should not care about what other people think about what we are doing on the hill, so i agreed with him.

I was not trying to be cool or anything when i seconded their post cause I had already said what they mentionned.

o yea people opinions are alrigth as long as their argument's are correct. If zachd would have said that he did not liked jf style, i would have bnever said anything against zachd, but he was saying that jf was not throwing new tricks, which is not true. I got carried away by tha fact that it was not the first time he was bringing untruth shits like that against great skiers.

I agree that everyone should have their opinion on things(as long as their arguments are valid) just like they have to work on their oOWN shits instead of mimicing others.

JF was doing flat spin 7s. and bio 9s. like what the fuck? where do you want him to progress too? I think his progression from what I have seen in his current segments shows that he is taking it down a notch and working on the style factor. and noone can say he has no style. just cuz it isn't the gorilla steeze doesn't mean it isn't styly. I think people have to look more at being yourself instead of following the trends of the industry. JF has his own way of skiing. and it fucking kicks ass. JF is seriously the most talented skier EVER. well that I know of at least.

look at him do a misty in degenerants, it's horribly rushed, his limbs are just out there, and it's small. he's still stayed with his basic style (agressive and tweaked) but he's got it smoother and way bigger now... you seriously need to go back and watch sick sence again if you truly think what you just posted.
