"jesus" die cut.

What are you talking about.....

Read through the post again and figure it out, you went in a random direction with this. I literally have no idea why you are talking about me supporting Al Qaeda.

just wondering if OP puts jesus sticker on his helmet, prays on first chair to not get hurt and ends up going down on sled after losing a fight with a tree

does he stop believing in Jesus?

If he wants to obey the system of causal logic he created, then i'm all for jesus stickers!

Your post was about tolerance of other people's beliefs. blah blah blah we shouldn't care what others believe. I think that's wrong.

Religious intolerance is the new cool thing bro. I don't know why I'm defending this kid, all he did was ask about stickers. It's sad really...

Well simply put, I see where you're coming from now and can't say I agree or disagree 100%. My main point was that the Muslim God shouldn't simply be associated with terrorism.

I have an Electrical Engineering class in 12 minutes, so I have to go now. At least we're on the same page.

As a white middle-class male, it's real easy to say you tolerate all religions, because they don't affect you. Tell that to the Hindus in India, or the Muslims in Israel, or the Muslims in France, or the Christians in Africa, or the any religion that is a minority anywhere.
It's not a religious intolerance of one against another, its an intolerance of ALL religious practice. Faith and belief is fine, but you should at least be against religious practice being implemented as a quotient for a majority...

I think on the grand scale of things, my list of things I don't tolerate, is much shorter than the popes list

NO IT FUCKING DOESN'T!!!!!

Jesus, we get it, you hate religion. Who cares? People are entitled to their own belief system and a sticker isn't hurting anyone. Fuck.

okay. so you're TJ schiller. you put a jesus sticker on your helmet. nike 6.0 ask you to take it off. you do, end of story.

sorry for the double post, but if it was truly inappropriate, it would most likely be somewhere in the contract.

You can't come up with a good reason as to why it is inappropriate. Has their sponsors asked them yet to take it off?

Man, your views are pretty prejudicial.. Unless you are formally associated with every company that those skiers are sponsored by, you should bite your tongue instead of making such bold statements. Religion (Christianity specifically) isn't about a desired image.. It is a way of life. They're not doing it to be cool.. They are symbolically showing that Jesus is their Lord and Saviour. I just can't see how it is a detriment to the skiers or to their sponsors. You have the right to your own opinion, but you should also use logic. I respect those skiers for their faith. They are a part of a revolution.

this, the kid wants a sticker but of course everybody has to post up their "I hate religion, therefore you should too", The funny thing is how you all hate religion because it's so judgemental yet you're all the first to judge someone for having a set of beliefs.

kind of off-topic, but i find it funny how chug has a huge cross on his back, but he would probably be the last person in the industry you would think is a christian. some other christian skiers are jossi and andreas (as previously mentioned). i think bobby b as well.

first off that was the lamest attempt to comeback ever. secondly, i completely agree with the person you attempted to flame. do you see me going door to door trying to convince people to leave their religion and join me in not believing in a higher power? nope. the only reason its acceptable to rep a jesus sticker is because the majority of the US is into it. if someone were to have an anti god sticker on their helmet people would flip shit

Yeah every time i see one of those i say to myself, "wow, i really thought that guy was smart. Shit, i guess i was wrong."

yeah i bought jossi well's helmet at the 1010 ski sale (claim!) and it has a die cut orange "jesus" on it. i found it quite humorous.

I love some of the ignorance. The people crying about sep. church and state. And how skiing you don't need to broadcast your views.

This is somewhat true but there's also freedom of speech. Skiing is about doing your own thing. And if you want people to know you love jesus when you finish your halfpipe run on tv, then go for it. I def won't be rocking one of those stickers anytime soon.

Maybe bong rips 4 jesus.

I know there are some christians that do act differently and try to conform others to believe the religion, but thats the wrong way to go about it. If you praise Allah, Buddha, or any other god thats fine, its all personal choice. Al-Qaeda has commited mass genocides, including their group of jihad soldiers in Darfur. If anything I would expect Christian's to be helping, at least thats what I expect. I believe that those extremists do go to far but not everyone is like that.

oh no not jesus stickers on helmets. everyone freak out over a few letters of vinyl on a helmet. clearly by reading jesus on thier helmets, she, and the wells brothers are trying to convert you all...

calm down, its a sticker for cryin out loud

Don't act like you know me, you have no idea. I've seen and experienced a lot, and half my life was spent outside the cozy US.

Random question for all though: Does reggae/rasta music piss you off? I bet not, even though it is based solely on Christianity. I don't see why stickers piss people off so much.
