think about it. he gets sent to earth to do god's work, and all he got was crap. sure he had a few fans, but in the end he was the bitch of the romans. did all this work, fetchin miracles and shit and all he got was a bunch of nails to the dome. no credit or nothing. but in the end, was in heaven working shit. dont praise jesus, he was just an intern.

i'll save you the suspense- when you die, you go in a hole in the ground or an oven; you DON'T go to heaven or hell. this mystical spiritual world in the clouds doesn't exist, but no worries- neither do the caves of fire. religion is fake, god isn't real, Jesus didn't even live, let alone die for your fuck-ups, and the church/temple/whatever exists purely to control you.
 
you do know that a lot of the stories from the exodus and the bible have been proven to have happened by non-religious scientific studies and means. pretty legit. the religious bodies wont accept the proof because, get this, they don't reconize the scientific community. basically a story book with their ideas of how to be a good person.

oh and yeah there is proof he did live you fucking retard. its called his job application. it was in the dead sea scrolls somewhere.

i dont feel like arguing about this, so Im saying one thing. You're fucking retarded if you deny that Jesus actually lived. There are tons of historical accounts of Jesus of Nazareth, non Christian ones, non religious ones. So to debate his existence is stupid. debating whether was was divine or the son of God is a better debate.

Jesus was a BAMF, he was born, got people to write a book, and between him and that book he has single handedly shaped modern day society. Every sunday people waste time to go and dedicate themselves to something he taught. In addition, what he taught has caused some of the biggest wars in the world. Jesus is the most successful RL troll ever, and for that I respect him. Think of the shit that little book stirs up!

I don't believe in religion at all either... why is it that hard to believe that there isn't a big man upstairs. I have never seen any proof of it, even if Jesus did exist, I think he was just some guy that wanted to spread the love. Watch a debate with Chris hitchens sometime, he has done the research to disprove religion.
 
I too believe religion is a sham. but trying to convince religious people that their beliefs are wrong is not a very constructive thing to do in your freetime. Imagine someone were to tell you that the earth is really shaped like a cube, with very good logical arguments. you wouldn't believe it because all your life you have been told that the earth is round. Same deal with religious people, they have been told all their life that there is some greater power controlling everything by their parents (I have yet to meet a religious person without religious parents, but I guess there are exceptions). Kinda hard to convince them otherwise.
However I believe that the torments that the likes of the catholic church and the kaste system have put onto people over the years is terrible and I reaally can't understand anyone listening to or following the teachings of such organisations/systems. That shit is straight fucked up
And yeah, jesus probably was an intern haha.. God certainly needed som help seeing a minuscule amount of people were worshipping him at the time
 
What's false about that statement? I think he summed Christianity up pretty well. Oh wait, you believe that Jesus was the divine son of god and came to earth to save us all from eternal damnation... Because YOUR god is the only god that has the power to save us, correct?
Different religions can best be described using the analogy of a bunch of cats chasing their own tails. Each cat (religion) can see that the others are idiotic and falsely believe that their tails are running from them, but each also fails to realize that its own situation is the same... So they keep chasing their tails for all of eternity.
