i just picked up my marker jesters today and im going skiing tomorrow, this is a huge step up from my old p.o.s. bindings, the din goes up to 16 and im a pretty advanced skiier but not really sure what to set them at, because im pretty sure if i set it up to 16 i have a bigger chance of fucking myself up if i crash which i do pretty often. im thinking 12 or something i don't really know

anyone wana help me out?

for anyone to give you an accurate din setting, we need to know your height, weight, age, skier ability, and boot sole length. anyone who suggests anything without that information is an idiot

ahahah

take them to a shop. read the sticky thread (the thread at the top) about how people aren't going to recommend din settings over the internet.

The University of Washington did a study last year that found a skier's DIN setting is directly proportional to his penis size.

ski length 177 weight 180 height 6' 1" the people at my local shop are dumbasses i used to work there so i would know not to ask them

an yeah i just read the sticky.... missed that before imnot gunna fucken sue u or some shit or whatever that said im just wonderin ifu dont wanna help them dont its all good

whats your boot sole length.

it can be found on most boots on the side of the heel.

if not there look under the boot

it will be in mm

all right, that puts you at a din of 9.5 on the din chart.

however, your boot is right on the threshold of different adjustments. if your sole length was 5 mm smaller you would be at a 10 din, just keep that in mind.

i also figured you fell under the skier type 3 category. if type 2 you should be at 8
