No it doesn't. A flatspin and a rodeo are 2 completely different things.

And on the double debate, a double back/ front is NOT what we are talking about when we say dubs.
 
I'm calling double whackflip. AKA dub back that is slightly/debatably "off-axis" or grabbed japan so it appears to be.
 
SICK! I can't wait to see the vid, and definitely hope there is one. I agree that although dub front and back are sick and difficult, they do not compare to kangs, dub corks, etc

Dub flip = something else than front or backflip i.e. gets inverted differently

Dub back, dub front, dub flip, switch dub etc.
 
But it doesn't count. Period. Unless it is an off-axis double, it does not count for our type of freestyle skiing. It NEEDS to be that way or else things would happen like Simon Dumont winning x-games big air with a double front...o wait.
 
not alot in skiing hasn't been done.

its a huge step for womens "newschool" skiing, but deffenately not the first womens double. though saying it that way makes tickets onto the "hype" train a bit more expensive.
 
idk shit about skiing but this was the trick I visualized when reading the thread title. hopefully its something cooler than that but either way shes better than me
 
goddammit. considering how often you people are on NS your stupidity is amazing. doesnt anyone realize the difference between straight and off axis dubs.
 
so its either a dub wack, dub flat or a rodeo 5 to rodeo 1?! i can't wait for the footage because if it is a dub wack flip that means she grabs which will be doubly progressive!
