what the fuck is jesse jacksons deal? like south park said he is not the emporer of all black people so why does he get involved in every time a white person says something racially insensitive?

also i just want to show what imus said i found it really offensive but hilarious at the same time. i dont really think its worth losing his show over though.

i agree, i really hope he doesnt lose his show over that. he says whatever the fuck he wants and i think its sweet that hes not worried about neing PC all the time.

He's said much much much worse shit over the years and he's been fine because he's the I man.
 
Note* I know the critics want him to, but I'm curious to see if there have been actual talks on the matter, besides the condemnations.
 
did you read the article? jackson says he will protest any place he works. hes such a PC nazi. i really hate him.
 
Ya I read it, but his ratings are so high that he'd never get fired for that (and the premise of his show is to say what he wants), but I'm curious to know if you've heard of the network actually talking of his resignation, beyond the condemnation. As I said before, he's said much worse shit and has been condemned many times, but he's never been fired.
 
imus is a good guy, his comment was not racist, what kramer said was racist. what mel gibson said was racist. jackson and sharpton are more racist then imus this whole fucking issue is bullshit asking for his job is absurd. o reilly, geraldo,john gibson,hannity,limbaugh,savage all have been much more hateful .
 
imus is about as funny as getting hit in the face with a bag of rocks...he knows a little less about politics than the bag of rocks though to be fair to the bag

This is the best post so far to sum up Imus. He used to be fairly interesting, but then he started speaking his mind and it all went downhill from there. All he does is criticize people for actually trying to get something done, while never suggesting how things should be done. He wouldn't be famous if it weren't for his neverlandesque ranch.

Imus didn't say anything bad about black people, he said bad things about the Rutgers team who happened to be mostly black.

imus should lose his show because he sucks, not because he called them nappy haired ho's. imus is living of the reputation of a psuedo-intellectual shock jock, which is just as much of an oxymoron as jumbo shrimp or virgin soritiy girl. he is always very careful to never offer cognant opinions on any topic that have not already been stated by someone else. he is like the carlos mencia of dj's, biting off of existing ideas to make a buck. i've listened to him before this fiasco, and hated him for the same reasons, so don't think this is a newfound bias. i just think he is ovverated, and he looks like ted nugent if ted nugent was a kitty-raping ball sucker.

 
Hey shithead, the ranch is for kids with cancer. You're right its neverlandesque in the fact that the kids wont grow up, because they are going to die before they get a chance to. Imus actually does worthwhile things with his money/time. I wish I could say the same for sharpton or jackson, both of whom are bootleg MLK's.

he'd probably get a job pretty easily after all this talk about him on either XM or Sirius if he gets the cut. Probably would be XM as Sirius has Howard.
