OKAY. Jerry Seinfeld. What can I say, he was my least favorite character on his own show. But in spite of that I was cool with him cause I liked the show. Then the beloved whack guy Kramer, got way whack in a way real way. WTF happened there? and now... Jerry Seinfeld is a bumble bee... which I wouldn't really care about, except that he is now also the voice for McDonalds commercials.. which is just gross. Discuss.
 
i like him, i think he is funny, i havent seen teh Bee Movie but it might be funny judging by the trailer.
 
i like jerry seinfeld...he's pretty good....

in fact now that i think about it...

shame on you. shame on you for not liking one of the greatest comics of all time.

i didn't know he was mcdonalds voice. bee movie got good reviews but hey, so did dan in real life.

personally, i think seinfeld is funny for about 10 minutes and then it just gets annoying.

hes gone from having one of the greatest shows of all time to.. fucking mcdonalds adds.. maybe the movie is good.. but yuck the mcdonalds thing just makes it seem like he is desperate for $ or something.
 
my mom always tells me there are no right and wrong opinions. but this opinion, along with the opinion that nickelback is a good band or that george bush is a good president, is just wrong
 
He got too far in debt after buying his 400th porsche and decided that he would make a killing. He will bank in the entertainment area, food endorsements, toy endorsements, and probably a million others that I cant think of.
 
seinfeld is the shit! that guys is hillarious and the show was great! and michel richards just needed to express himself...those blacks shouldnt've booo'ed him..
 
desperate for money? Jerry Seinfeld is the highest paid television actor ever. He got paid millions per episode. He still makes over 50 million dollars a year just from syndication.
 
Seinfeld never really was about how individually funny jerry or anyone else was, it was more about how funny the situations they were in was. The show was genius and jerry was one of the main writers which just shows that he has a great comedic sense.
 
yep. he has or had the record for the most money made by a single person in one year. i think it was 84 million dollars n one year?
 
i'm glad someone gets it. "B" movies were old shitty movies that came on before the feature film in the past. thats where the idea for seinfelds movie started. its one huge inside joke but everyone should be able to get it. he just having fun with himself. all these stunts he's pulling like going on 30 rock and them having seinfeld tv is just genius advertising for his movie by doing overly blatant advertising.
 
Wow where is all this Jerry hate coming from. The guy is a comic god in my book and created one of the best shows ever.
 
Hes running out of money.

He didnt act for 10 years because he was extremely wealthy from sienfeld. Now he needs cash, so he keeps popping up in little stuff
 
i doubt he needs cash. the goal of most tv series is to make enough episodes to be able to go into syndication(reruns that are bought by other networks, i think a show needs to hit 100 episodes for this) because that is where they make bank.

im sure hes doing this stuff because he likes acting, he STILL does live stand up tours and im sure its not because he desperately needs money for more porches.
 
i'm cool with the bee thing.. its just that i thought jerry was cool and funny.. but being in McDs commercial its just contributing to the disgusting obesity problem this country has.. which is gross. 
 
did you not read the thread? Last year he made 65 MILLION dollars off of syndication.
 
by a comediam maybe? definetely not a single person, that mexican billionaire luis "slim" made 19 billion US last year alone. But Seinfeld is a comic genius, i bet the movie is good.
 
jerry sienfeld is the fucking man, that show is seriously the best tv show ever created. i have tivo and i've seen every episode and they're all funny everytime. he's a pop culture icon. people were begging for more seasons and his last show was so hyped up that it was like the most watched series ender in tv history. the last thing he needs is money
