these are gonna be like a sponge haha and when denim gets wet it shrinks....so im imagining a ripping topsheet

thats kind of gross because if you think about it the denim will get mildew and when their soaked they'll be 50% heavier.

It's extremely hard to have denim develop mildew. If they wax the denim, it will be more or less waterproof.

yea the kink had denim a few years back and it was so gay.. all my boarder friends always complained cuz their boards had soo much snow stuck to it all the time and it weighed a million pounds!! horrible idea!

From what I understand, its the same as many people do on www.skibuilder.com

You lay cloth, or denim, and put a clear topsheet on. They wouldnt feel like denim,nor absorb water.

ya, ride did that with the kink like 4 years ago, think about when you get your jeans wet, then you get snow on them, and it sticks, then think about all that snow on your skis, and neevr being able to get it off and having wet cotton wiegh you down.

looks dope, but buyer beware, youll be one if you do!
