JD Zicat not in Shanghai Six?

So Jean-Denis Zicat was the Superunknown winner this year, but I didn't see his name anywhere in the trailer. Anyone know why he isn't in the movie?

my level of radness... it just can't... be quantified.
 
Total guess, but he could be in the Guest section or as YaHood said the bonus.

Unfortunately because of scheduling problems JD wasn't able to make it to any of our shoots this year. Look for him to hold it down in the bonus features; he rips!

did you have any shoots near him or did you expect him to travel across the country?

^vanular traveled out west for berman...jd shoulda gone to parkasaurus and other shit. i think berman covers most of teh cost too. you can expect berman to have a shoot at a mountain with footage that isnt worth puttin gin a movie because its small features. the most he coulda done was hit urban

there was no parkasaurus, or superpark this year. the only opportunity JD had to film off the bat was at the Level 1 park shoot in Keysotne, CO...and unfortunately that didnt work out. No one to blame. Hopefully we can all see things from JD next year!

 
yeah man dont hate on jd or anyone, the only oppurtunity was at keystone like he juste said^^^but JD had no money and his sponsor did not give him a budget to get out there, NWP crew will be making his bonus segment and it is soo sick, and to the guy who said his friend edited JD's video, wtf are you talking about?? we dont even know you ahah

I've been riding with him for the past week up in Whistler and all I can say is damn!

JD has steezy rails and sick cork spins.

he is gonna blow up.

...he died doing what he loved. He will always be rememberd as a great snowboarder, but more importantly as a great friend.

like Berman said, I'm suppose to edit a segment of JD for the bonus section of Shangai Six. should be sick, because JD is sick, and we're gonna have footage from whistler and chile of him. and for those people who wondered why there were NWP logos all over JD's winning superunknown video, well it was to "censor" the handrail shots that I didn't want to reveal before Playback comes out, but they will be in the bonus vid as well. and believe me, JD has some sick urban stuff in there. he lipslides the shit out of every handrail.

Don't blame Berman if JD doesn't have a part, blame his ski sponsor that was unwilling to shell out any travel funds.

 
^exactly, last year vanular travelled with dynastar backing him, 4frnt are acting like pussies, If I was sterbenz and one of my am team rider would win this contest, id give him enough money to travel with berman enough to get a good segment... Its not berman fault's, if he made him win, its because he tought he was sick, and if he tought he was sick, he for sure wanted him in his movie...

 
just because one JD trip didnt work out, please dont think that it had something to do with 4FRNT being unsupportive.

No need to point fingers, as i said, there is no one to blame. And comparing it to vanular last year is silly, because those were completely different circumstances.

JD certainly will have his chance, no one is trying to hold his talent back.
