Jay-Z at Glastonbury

I just saw it live, UNBELIEVABLE so, epicly good, the UK hiphop scene will never be the same again... I just had to put it out there, this is unreal, there was so much controversy as to whether the Headline act at Glastonbury should be a hiphop artist, the crowd loved him, in the words of DJ Zane Lowe, This will be talked about for years to come.

Yea, they did! I see this as a turning point in the UK music scene, truly epic, I mean I can't describe the hate he was getting before he performed so many UK artists were hating on him, for no good reason other than because it's a "new" genre to them, and something they aren't used to. 10 minutes in and the crowd couldn't get enough of Jay-Z !

The point of that was to annoy Noel Gallagher who said "hip-hop is 'wrong' for the British festival" and "the decision to book Jay-Z for a headline set at this year's Glastonbury festival was incorrect." I think Jay-Z made his point haha, the Verve, who are closely tied to Gallagher gave props to Jay-Z at there performance today, I think Gallagher is now in the minority...
