The site says they have 13 trails open. I'm headed up thursday for the whole weekend. How were conditions? Are glades open this early?

 
The conditions were great. Only ice in a few spots on the whole mountain. There was lots of untouched lines on the open runs. The rest of the open runs were real soft with small moguls in places. There are two rails setup, a flatbar and a mailbox. The glades weren't open, but we ducked the rope to find a couple feet of powder, with surprising coverage (I only hit a couple rocks and logs). Finally, we hiked the peak Saturday afternoon with the exception of a few windblown turns, it was boot the knee deep the entire way down on the closed runs. This week is calling for some warm weather, so it will be interesting to see how next weekend turns out.

Were gettin some snow down here on monday, and some rain on tuesday. Hopefuly that ends up as snow for jay. I heard reports of stratton and okemo opening up and being packed and people getting hurt. I definatley dont want to drive 5 hours for crappy condtions and 13 trails open that are packed.

 
Im goin up friday to sunday.. if 13 trails are open u think its worth it? herd its sick but think its to early in the season..

 
Definitely worth it! Jay got some rain yesterday, but snow is in the forecast for everyday until next tuesday. I'll be there hopefully tommorow and friday for sure.
