We picked up the Japanese snowboard team Wednesday evening. The German, Italian and New Zealand teams arrive sometime later this month. The 22' pipe is amazing and ready and you got to get out here and see this go down. The O-Park...best in the midwest, the pipe...one of the best ANYWHERE. Friday night rail jams open to the public. Lots more...get out HERE!!!
 
can't really claim it's the best park unless you post some video/pics...for all we know that 22 ft pip could have massive ruts/holes in it...please add some credibility to your post...and isn't it a private resort? I'm assuming not many people from this area actually cant go there right?

he speaks the truth. check out my videos to see a few features. i went one day when it was ten bucks and for comps from what i understand its oppen to the public and other than that its private.

it is like gaper central but the parks are good shit

 
sorry for the above post i was crazy last night, i watched the vid and i am sure bittersweet has a better park and faster lifts.
 
do a little research before getting crazy... Otsego is open m-f 12-9 to the public for the month of Jan when the teams are there, but yes otherwise private. Check it out while you can, the more tickets sold may promote opening to the public more often
 
they should advertise this a little more if they want people to realize it.

most people i know don't even know there is an otsego ski area.

how can you say who cares about pipe or pipe riders. you realize your talking about some of the best riders in THE WORLD training @ the club for the OLYMPICS! sorry if our 22 FOOT pipe is too scary for you! as for jumps there is a 3pack jump line on chair 3. more jumps to come off chair 2 and our big jump line going up on chair 5. BEST PARK IN DA MIDWEST!
 
same, never had one growing up and aside from spring slush pipe days and doing mini flips out of them, i could care less about pipe
 
pipe is stupid unless your gonna pursue a career, night sking up north in cold temps. isnt worth the money period. if this place any sort of drive for anybody dont go. go to bittersweet, its better i will make an edit soon and there are no snowboard queers to get in your way...... sorry to dog you out but ,,,,that 's what it is
 
its been a min. but dont buy into the planet snow hype, its bullshit i know who really makes keystones park and its not planet snow
 
I heard there is a legit park in ohio. be sure to watch the new traveling circus thats soon to be released- itll definitely tell you what you need to know.

dudes i dont know know what you are talking about. i ride at bittersweet almost everyday and its janky. its not even that good, sure its one of the better parks in michigan but thats because michigan blows. they get the biggest ruts after all the rails and the jumps blows. bittersweet is not that good and has nothing on the O
 
the second of otsego clubs friday night rail series is tonight! prizes for first place and earn points towards big prizes and cash @ end of season. see you out there!!!!
 
they just cut both Qtr pips and blew up the airbag earlier thismorning - australia was out there hitting it already and there will be a huge sesh tonight under the lights - and yea sean the rail jam tonight should go off - from my point of view the pipe is a 10 out of 10 and from the double flips i saw yesterday the other athletes agree. bottom line is this place is amazing - NO WE DONT NO WHY OR HOW!! but forsure the best pipe and park in the midwest/east coast is located in gaylord mi oh and word up to G Teeeeezzzzyyyyyy down at bitter - he backs me
 
i was out there today, and i must say i'm impressed

as far as the pipe goes, its groomed very well

that might have something to do with all the olympic teams that are going out there this winter

and all around, the rails and jumps were great as well

and holy shit the pipes a beast

this place has been empty every time i've been there, no lines or ruts anywhere

 
the o-park aka otsego club is open to the public mon-fri the hole month of jan. its open thurs and friday the hole season to the public and lift tickets are 20$ also if we have a comp on sat or sun. you can sign up for the comp and get in
 
quite a few actually, and they arent all incredible or anything

but most days there are a few people out there that impress me
