Jam Session Expansion

Everyone at my ski shop keeps telling me that they expanded the mini terrain this year. Anyone have the inside scoop or pictures?
 
im probably wrong, but i've heard jam session is basically going to be double in size. with both the rope tows being longer and centered down the run? oh yeah, and they're putting a halfpipe in.

Halfpipe should be pretty chill. It's gonna take like half the lake to make that bad boy though.
 
Are they putting it in the mini? Seems like it wouldnt be nearly steep enough to put a pipe in there.
 
^you guessed it! there's actually a pipe comp planned for new years eve as sort of an X-games qualifying comp for midwest skiers. only thing is that they had to get rid of the annual rail jam. gonna be sick tho!
 
I also heard they are turning backstage into a slope style quali course for x-games, should be dope.
 
yea, waht a dumb rumor to spread. its obviously going on the hill besides perfects that they were finally able to purchase. but its gonna be hike only since they didnt have time to build a lift for it over the summer.
 
I'm barely ever even going to hit the pipe. I personally don't like them because i think the people there is no style in halfpipe unless your edollo
 
Edollo sucks. Pipe skiers are insane. If you've ever skied a 22 foot superpipe, imagine being 20 feet out of it. Those guys have bigger balls than anybody, hands down.
