Jail near my town is letting loose inmates....

So here I am, eating wings and watching the news when all of the sudden the newscaster says "because of the current financial situation, the queensgate jail in hamilton county(cincinnati ohio) will be releasing ALL inmates by friday." This is 800 criminals walking the streets near my town. This means that rapists,pedophials,burgulers and arsonists will all be free this weekend. To me this is crazy because you can't just let loose 800 criminals because of a financial situation,they need to use taxpayer money on it. This is some pretty scary shit to me but here is an interview with a man who was released hours after his domestic violence arrest.

Few of them would talk with us, with the exception of Nicholas Dickerson, who had been arrested a few hours earlier for domestic violence.

9News asked Dickerson, "Were you surprised to be released this quickly?" Dickerson told us, "Normally, it takes a lot longer, but I thought they were doing a pretty good job of it."

This is a pretty crazy town I live in....
 
wow wtf is wrong with that place? there must be something in the water. you're welcome to come stay in Canada until your rapists and murderers are put back in jail.
 
Oh trust me cincy is messed up. As the great mark twain once said "When the world ends I want to be in Cincinnati, Ohio because they are always 20 years behind time.

why would they let them ALL out? are they going to start refilling or just say screw it and not arrest anyone?
 
I am sorry, but in no way are they letting the dangerous (rapist, burglars) felons loose. They will probably just let the minor offenders (possession of marijuana, DUI, etc.) loose.

Holy fuck dude I'm going to have nightmares now. And this jail deal sounds sketch, I'd lay low for a while.
 
yea dude, i live an hour away and was watching the news today (louisville, ky news) and they were talking about raising the Cig tax in the state and this old lady smoker was like "why are they picking on the smokers??" (raising it $0.70 a pack) and then "why dont they pick on them alcoholies! i have been smoking since i was 13 and i love it because i have nothing better to do!"

and i was just like what the fuck!?!? these people are fucking us over by bitching about this and not wanting to pay much for something that will make us have to pay for their fucking health bill when they are in the hospital dying of lung cancer... the economy is in trouble, but people lke this arent ganna help...
