Who was the skier who called Jon Olsson a douche for driving on some glacier a few years ago? That whole exchange was funny lol
 
idk how jon has so much money he has multiple baller houses multiple super cars and travels non stop. Like other red bull athletes don't seem to make that much and douchebags isn't a massive company.
 
he married into the family money as well. the both of them live the IG life. He was already between those three cars and decided to make it fun. He goes through cars faster than most of you for skis. Its all a business expense as well since he's using it to promote brands. Not sure how it works over in monaco but its either leased or he is able to write off most of the payment as a business expense. He's not dumb, dude knows whats he's doing. but god, does he like to spend money.

any ski kid should NOT look up to him to think skiing got him there..

Jon was the top back when a companies and comps had high pay outs for this new park ski thingy, plus Oakley, head and red bull endorse him still so he has high level sponsors and also just invests I'm assuming. He also has a YT channel that's pretty big so that's another income for him

Jon is a legend who just got one of the illest Aston Martins money can buy soo ya Jacob is definitely jealous he doesn’t have that kind of coin and a hot ass wife..

pretty sure that was jacob as well. and i vaguely recall him leaving NS in a hilariously butthurt fashion, and then that thing with brogan a few years ago. dude is a nasty skier and im sure he's a fine dude but he's got quite the pissy online presence from what ive happened to see

Nah dude, this isn't his first strike, he's criticized Jon in the past, and also Brogan, he has a history, he is def not just poking fun at an old friend.

All good tho, let the man speak his mind if he wants to, it gets NS talking.
 
Pretty sure Jacob also said that nobody is actually a core skier unless they treck in and out on foot and shit like that, helis and snowmobiles cause to much harm to the earth so you're not a skier if you use them.....

He was living in Monaco before he was married. A normal apartment in Monte Carlo is around 2 million euros. Jon was making more than just about anyone in freeskiing back in the day, certainly more than the U.S. guys. He was a huge hero in Sweden, which was why he made so much. He would not have made as much in the U.S. But he DID make quite a bit of money simply because Sweden has so few athletic stars. Jon was a much bigger star in Sweden than Tanner Hall ever was in the U.S. It takes a TON of money to relocate to Monte Carlo, simply because the living expenses are so high. The trade off is that from what I have heard you basically don't have to pay taxes there, if you are making 7 figures it is worth it, but you have to be able to pay a couple of million for an apartment.

Jon was legitimately making a ton from endorsements at one point. But for kids in the U.S. that probably would not really be an option. U.S. park and pipe skiers are not celebrities to the extent that Jon was in Sweden.

So yeah, it is NOT simply skiing, it is being a big star in Sweden. U.S. park guys are simply not that big of a deal here.

Henrik Windstedt also relocated to Monte Carlo as a permanent residence.
