Never skied and your going to the Hole....damn...well ive been skiing for 17 years and Jackson is some steep sheet...If you have never skied before id stick to right side of the mountian..and blue squares...although there arent many of them..have fun..wathc out for cliff dropoffs on the black dimonds though..haha!

ha sonofabitch, im heading out there too from the 23rd to the 27th

keep your head screwed on tight

Casper Bowl and The Hobacks are super fun. They aren't hidden or anything, but make sure to hit those runs up. The Alta Chutes are pretty sweet too, with some little cliffs. Corbets is amazing as long as its open and you are confident with your skiing. Enjoy!

the crags are really nice, the headwall is good depending how tracked out it is. next trip out there i hope to hit the gates and hike cody peak, maybe ski four shadows, looks pretty extreme

You guys all seem to be pretty psyched on jackson, thats cool. During the spring is the best time to hit up the steep. The alta chutes are good. Also tower 3, a chute off of the third tram tower, is really good in the spring. corbets is also a good spring time run. The superpipe will be pretty killer. The park will be nice too. Its a little small, but the jumps are big and we have a c-box and some rails. Its all good fun in the springtime. Make sure when you're here that you fill out a survey saying that our park suck so that we can get a bigger one.

3rd tower, and paintbrush. i did those 2 runs like 80 times over winter break. corbetts wasnt open

yea son

Yeah, i was in the same boat as etom, paintbrush and tower 3 were both really nice when i was there dec28-jan3, (something like that) also saratoga bowl was killer, lots of little cliffs 10 footers and stuff, and great pow, the hobacks are awesome too, just check the map for where to drop into them, and if you are hitting the hobacks make sure you get on the first trams up, cause rendevous bowl was great also

tensleep bowl is fun, you can be creative there and link together small drops here and there, if corbets is open check it out. hobacks are alright, i find them to be rather tedious when the snow is not soft. alta chutes, expert chutes, tower 3 chute, they're all good. check out rock springs bowl (out of bounds) if you have the means, and be safe about it. theres some fun shit in there, truly amazing terrain! just have fun man, jackson is my favorite place to ski in the lower 48. definitely worth your while...oh yeah and warm up every morning, be sure to stretch! it'll kick your ass for sure if you dont
