they may be refering to the cowboy bar in town for the bar, other tha nthat u nailed it......even though most of this stuff is pretty common knowledge
 
Well if they are looking for the one that is famous for being the toughest in-bounds run then I'm thinking it is S&S because it is way tougher than Corbets
 
Corbets is the main couliour jackson is known for, many tourists wouldnt even realize S&S is right next to corbets or have even heard that name before.

The bar question was kind of a tricky one. The Cowboy Bar would for sure probably be the most famous in the town, but the Mangy Moose takes the cake for the ski area apres-ski bar scene. However, there is also the Silver Dollar Bar located pretty close to the Cowboy that is also very famous, so judgeing by the question I felt the "World Famous Mangy Moose" (one of their add slogans) was the best answer for a skiing based quiz regarding the actual resort
